As i live in the suburbs of a town (pop 12,000) and also have plenty of surrounding fields/forests/rivers i am pretty lucky to have ready avaliable food and water source. I try to practice my survival/wilderness skills as much as possible and can always learn more. I have to use my weapon skills wisely as we are not allowed firearms here so i practice a lot with my machete and knife. Learning to hunt for food is a priority of mine as this can sustain my life well into the zombie apocalypse.

Just remember: Knowledge weighs nothing and is more valuable the gold.
